OAKBERRY “Tropical State of Mind” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   
   Open to legal residents of Canada, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of OAKBERRY, its affiliated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.
   
   

2. How to Enter:
   
   Participants must download the OAKBERRY App and place at least one (1) purchase through the app during the promotional period. Each purchase counts as one (1) entry.
   
   

3. Campaign Period:
   
   November 23, 2025 - December 10, 2025
   
   

4. Prize:
   
   One (1) grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to a tropical OAKBERRY location. The prize includes:
   
   

• Round-trip airfare for two (2) to the selected location
  
  

• Accommodation for the duration of the stay
  
  

• OAKBERRY orders during the trip
  
  

The destination will be selected by OAKBERRY and communicated to the winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Winner Selection & Notification:
   
   The winner will be selected in a random draw from eligible entries within 14 days of the end of the campaign. The winner will be notified via the email or phone number associated with their OAKBERRY App account. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, OAKBERRY reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
   
   

2. Promotional Content & Consent:
   
   By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional content activities with OAKBERRY. This includes allowing OAKBERRY to create and post content featuring the winner during their trip, including photos, videos, and social media posts. The winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

   OAKBERRY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time for any reason.
