1. Sponsor

This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Oakberry Canada ("Sponsor"). For questions, contact us at marketing@snowbankbrands.com.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter:

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Oakberry Canada and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies
Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of the above

Void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on April 19, 2025 and ends on the same day at the close of the event (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods provide an equal chance of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Method 1 — App Download (at the Event): Download the Oakberry app on your iOS or Android device and sign up during the event period. Upon successful download and sign up, you will be automatically entered into the draw.
Method 2 — Email Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Send an email to marketing@snowbankbrands.com with the subject line "Oakberry App Draw Entry" and include your full name, home province, date of birth, and a daytime phone number or return email address in the body of the email. Email entries must be received no later than April 19, 2026 @ 11:59 PM PST. Limit one (1) email entry per person. Entries submitted by automated means are not accepted.

Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of method. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

5. Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) Oakberry gift card with a value of $100 CAD (the "Prize"). The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. The Prize may only be used at participating Oakberry lo cations in Canada and is subject to any terms and conditions associated with the Oakberry gift card program.

6. Draw and Winner Selection

The draw will take place on April 20, 2026 at a time and location determined by the Sponsor. One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted by phone or email within five (5) business days of the draw. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, or fails to respond within five (5) business days of being contacted, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

7. Conditions of Prize Acceptance

As a condition of being declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (including mechanical or electronic aids), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor
Sign and return a Declaration and Release form confirming eligibility and releasing the Sponsor from any liability
Provide proof of age and province of residence upon request

Failure to satisfy any of these conditions within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

Cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in bad faith, or violates these Official Rules
Verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the operation of this Contest is a violation of these rules and applicable law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected through this Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and contacting the winner. The Sponsor will not share, sell, or disclose entrant personal information to third parties except as required to administer the Contest or as required by law. Information will be handled in accordance with Oakberry's Privacy Policy available at the landing page.

By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the above purposes. Participation in the Contest does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Oakberry. Any opt-in to marketing communications is separate and voluntary.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering this Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Contest or from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical malfunctions; or any injury or damage to entrants' or third parties' property.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta. The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of this Contest are final and binding.
