Official Contest Rules

OAKBERRY Race Day Watch Party Contest — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to residents of British Columbia who are 19 years of age or older.

1. Sponsor. The Contest is sponsored by Snowbank Brands Inc. (14249828 Canada Inc.), master franchisee of OAKBERRY in Canada (the "Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., or with any motorsport series, team, driver or event organizer. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability in connection with the Contest.

2. Contest Period. The Contest begins on October 12, 2026 at the time the Contest launch post is published on @oakberry.ca, and ends on October 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of British Columbia who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry and who hold an Instagram account that is public for the full Contest Period. Employees, contractors and franchisees of the Sponsor and of any OAKBERRY location, the Contest's content creator partner, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter.

(a) Guest List Draw: During the Contest Period, (i) follow @oakberry.ca on Instagram; (ii) like the Contest launch post; and (iii) share the Contest launch post to your Instagram Story and tag @oakberry.ca. Completing all three steps earns one (1) entry.

(b) Bonus Prize Draw: Complete all steps in 4(a), and also publish an original feed post or Reel on your public Instagram account that tags @oakberry.ca and includes #OakberryRaceDay. Completing all steps earns one (1) entry into the Bonus Prize Draw.

Limit one (1) entry per person per draw, regardless of the number of accounts, shares or posts. Entries using multiple or automated accounts will be disqualified. Because Stories expire after 24 hours, entrants should not delete their Story share before it expires; Sponsor may request a screenshot as proof of entry. Posts must be the entrant's own original content, must not include third-party logos, trademarks or likenesses without permission, and must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it considers offensive or inappropriate.

5. Prizes.

(a) Guest List Prizes: Eight (8) prizes, each consisting of admission for the winner and one (1) guest who is 19 years of age or older to a private watch party at OAKBERRY West 8th, 533 West 8th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, on Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM PT, and one (1) complimentary OAKBERRY açaí bowl each for the winner and their guest. Approximate retail value: $[30] per prize. Transportation and parking are not included.

(b) Bonus Prize: One (1) prize consisting of a cap autographed by a professional racing driver and a $50 OAKBERRY gift card. Approximate retail value: $[200]. Winner does not need to attend the watch party. The prize may be picked up at OAKBERRY West 8th or shipped within BC at Sponsor's cost.

(c) On-Site Prizes: Available only to Guest List winners and their guests in attendance on October 25, 2026: one (1) cap autographed by a professional racing driver (approximate retail value: $[150]) and [three (3)] OAKBERRY gift cards valued at $[25] each, awarded by random draw during the event. Winners must be present to win.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $[665]. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are subject to their own terms. Sponsor makes no representation as to the authenticity of any autograph beyond the source from which it was obtained, and may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds. On October 21, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select eight (8) Guest List winners, and separately one (1) Bonus Prize winner, from all eligible entries received. Up to five (5) alternates will also be drawn for the Guest List. The chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. An entrant may win a Guest List Prize and the Bonus Prize.

7. Winner Notification and Skill-Testing Question. Selected entrants will be contacted by direct message from the official @oakberry.ca account only. Sponsor will never ask for payment, passwords or banking information. Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must (a) correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; (b) confirm eligibility and acceptance by reply no later than 12:00 PM PT on October 22, 2026; and (c) if requested, sign a declaration and release. If a selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond in time, answers incorrectly, or is ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate will be selected. Guest List winners and their guests must present government-issued photo ID at the door, and the winner's ID must match the name on their Instagram account. Guests must be named at confirmation and may not be substituted after October 23, 2026.

8. Event Conduct. Guests must follow staff instructions and may be removed for disruptive conduct. Guests consent to being photographed or filmed at the event for use on Sponsor's social media without further compensation. Food allergies should be disclosed to staff; standard OAKBERRY allergen information applies.

9. Publicity and Privacy. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the Sponsor publishing their Instagram handle and first name in connection with the Contest. Personal information collected is used only to administer this Contest and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy law.

10. General. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Contest, including if the broadcast or event cannot proceed, and in that case may award prizes from eligible entries received or substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, technical failures, or changes to Instagram's platform. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Contest. The Contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and is void where prohibited.
