OAKBERRY x Wuthering Heights Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

  • The OAKBERRY x Wuthering Heights Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Canada excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older in their province/territory of residence.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) of Oakberry Acai Inc. “OAKBERRY”, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (“WB”), Cineplex, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.


Giveaway Period:

  • Giveaway begins on February 10 @ 9 am PST and ends on February 13 @ 11 am PST.

  • Entries submitted before or after this period will not be accepted.

  • How to Enter:

    • Follow @oakberry.ca on Instagram.

    • Like the Giveaway post.

    • Tag one friend in the comments you would take to the movies.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.


Prizes:

  • Three (3) winners will each receive:

    • One (1) Cineplex digital pass (valid for 2 general admission tickets for use once the film is released). Approximate value is $36 CAD. 

    • Two (2) OAKBERRY collab bowls (1 for the winner + 1 for their guest). Approximate value is $32 CAD.

    • Officially licensed Wuthering Heights promo items: 1 hairbrush, 1 compact mirror, 1 tote bag, and 1 random nail set from the Quickies x Wuthering Heights collab. Approximate value is $100 CAD.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

  • If a prize is unavailable, OAKBERRY reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.


Cineplex Digital Pass - Code Terms

  • The promocode offer is available for redemption online only, towards theatrical tickets for performances of "WUTHERING HEIGHTS" , including but not limited to 3D, UltraAVX®, D-BOX, Prime Seats and VIP admission (legal drinking age only), up to $36.00. If the purchase price of the tickets including taxes is more than the Value, the difference is the purchaser’s responsibility. If the cost of tickets, including taxes, are less than the Value, the balance will not be carried over to another transaction. Scene+TM points are not issued on free admission tickets. Tickets for particular theatres/movies are subject to availability. Offer expires April 13, 2026, and may be revoked, terminated, cancelled, or modified at any time without notice. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon or discount, and is not valid on past purchases, transferable to any other film, redeemable for cash or credit, or valid for re-sale. Limit of one (1) offer per transaction. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY. NO SUBSTITUTIONS.


Winner Selection & Notification:

  • Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by OAKBERRY.

  • Winners will be notified via Instagram DM within 5 business days after the Giveaway ends.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Math skill-testing question required.

  • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.


Use of Personal Information:

  • By entering, participants consent to OAKBERRY using their Instagram handle and entry for administering the Giveaway.

  • Personal information collected will only be used for Giveaway purposes and handled in accordance with OAKBERRY’s Privacy Policy.


General Conditions & Liability:

  • By participating, entrants release and hold harmless OAKBERRY, its promotional partners (WB and its parent, affiliates and  subsidiaries  and Cineplex), and Instagram from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

  • By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of OAKBERRY, which are final and binding.

  • WB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged promo items or any aspect of the administration of the Giveaway.

  • Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws in Canada.


Publicity:

  • By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.


Intellectual Property:

  • All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property for Wuthering Heights belong to Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.


Sponsor:

  • This Giveaway is sponsored by OAKBERRY. Cineplex digital passes are issued by Cineplex and are subject to Cineplex terms and conditions.

  • This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.


Void Where Prohibited:

  • Any Giveaway entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions is void.


Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration, and execution of the Giveaway.
